  • Handover of tickets (international and domestic) and other documents to clients anywhere in Khartoum prior to departure.

  • Arrange for airport pick up and drop off as well as completing all airport formalities on behalf of clients when requested
  • 24 hours/ 7 days a week service is conducted at all times through emergency telephone numbers after regular working hours and during public holidays whereas a list of names, home addresses and telephone numbers of all senior personnel will be provided to the British Council’s travel unit.
